This image presents a stylized, art deco interpretation of a beautiful nude mermaid swimming in the waters of Avalon. She is depicted using historic Santa Catalina Island tile which was manufactured on this quaint island located off the coast of Los Angeles in California. This mermaid is located at the entrance to the famous Casino in Avalon on the island.
